Refund Policy

Steelhead Lacrosse Club will not issue refunds or credits for missed practices, games, training sessions, or tournaments due to personal conflict. In the event that an injury or serious illness prevails, each situation will be reviewed on an individual basis by a Steelhead Director to determine if a refund or credit will be issued. Medical documentation may be requested for injury or illness related refund requests.

Photo and Video Release Policy

Steelhead Lacrosse Club has a full time social media manager who attends various events to get photo and video content. Steelhead will use photo or video footage in promotional materials, including publication on the Steelhead Lacrosse Club website and social media accounts, to promote the program.

Weather Policy

​

In the event that Steelhead Lacrosse Club has to cancel a practice, game, training sessions, or tournament due to weather conditions, unplayable fields, or unsafe travel conditions there will be no refunds issued. Steelhead LC staff will try to make up any event that is cancelled due to the conditions listed above, but is not guaranteed.

Multiple Child Discount Policy

​

Steelhead Lacrosse Club offers a multiple child discount for families who have more than one child in the travel team program.
